You have run an establishment of this size before: high volume, à la carte, a busy terrace. Ideally, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. If you happen to have even more experience and want to use your seniority to drive our success, that’s even better.
You know your numbers without anyone having to ask, you are right there on the floor when it matters most, and you have experience hiring, mentoring, and watching people grow beyond what they thought possible.
You bring structure and rhythm to a large operation without losing the spontaneity and warmth of the place. You have a clear vision of hospitality and can not only explain it, but also demonstrate it. Having experience with an opening or renovation is a plus, not a requirement.
